That's all I can remember right now, and I am pretty sure the line breaks are wrong... anyways, I like the iamb within and the inner struggle, asking us what is so important in this life that we are holding onto, and what it means to live.

I used to run track. These quotes basically describe my attitude on how to be competitive as a runner:
On training:
"How do you feel?" "Like I'm going to throw up." "Good, that's how you're supposed to feel." - Dialog that occurred between my coach and I after one particularly difficult workout
On racing:
If you cannot win, make the one ahead of you break the record. - unknown, sources vary
I could not have run another step. - Herb Elliott, after winning the 1960 Olympic 1500m in record time
On training:
